Pat Martin, CRS
Pat Martin was born
in Buffalo, New
York and moved to Tryon, North Carolina in 1977. Her Real Estate career
began in 1980 after several years in Marketing and Advertising sales.
Dedicated to the Real
Estate profession, Pat received her Graduate of the Realtors Institution
(GRI) in 1986. She has enhanced her education and expertise by becoming a
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - an educational designation held by
less than 3% of all Realtors nationwide.
As past president of
the Tryon area Chamber of Commerce, Pat knows and loves the area and is
devoted to the community.
Pat has been active
with Tryon/Polk County Board of Realtors for over 10 years. She is
currently serving as Treasurer and is the Boards Administrative Executive
(AE).
In her spare time Pat
enjoys sailing, hiking, swimming, gardening, and cooking.
